Do I need to register an account to place an order?

Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

If you provide your email address during order processing, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

What shipping options are available at BookBearer.com?

We provide complimentary priority shipping via UPS to physical addresses within the United States. We have partnered with a third party to service our customers.

When will my order ship?

BookBearer aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible and you will receive an email when we do. We ship packages out Monday through Friday.

How can I check the status on my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number once our shipping carrier has picked up your order. You can also call us at (404) 790-8343 during our normal business hours and we would be happy to check your order status for you.

Do you ship internationally?
